A graduate of "Musicians Institute" with a musical repertoire that exceeds 20 years, Founder Matthew Salmon's deep commitment to providing the highest quality instruction and guidance to his students is paramount. Providing accessible and affordable lessons to thirsty guitar students fuels and echoes the lifelong passion Matthew seeks through his endless quest for knowledge on the strings and the stage.
The Vision
Our curriculum encompasses a wide range of musical styles and techniques, with a strong emphasis on classical music theory and guitar repertoire. We offer individual lessons, group classes and masterclasses, ensuring a well-rounded education that fosters technical proficiency, musicality, and artistic expression. Our transparent communication and hands on approach provides critical support to ensure that repetition and familiarity is fostered both inside and outside the conservatory.

Meet Our Founder
Matthew Salmon is a highly accomplished and esteemed music and business professional, serving as the director of Meta Guitar Conservatory, LLC. With an extensive background in music education, performance and administration, as well as corporate commercial and business banking relationship management, Matthew Salmon has made significant contributions to the field of music and business and has been instrumental in shaping the artistic and educational landscape of the institution.
Born and raised in a musically inclined family, Matthew Salmon has developed a deep passion for music at an early age. This passion led him to pursue a formal education in music, earning his degree in music performance from "The Musicians Institute" in Hollywood CA, going on to becoming a touring and recording artist for many years, further honing Matthew Salmons skills in his chosen field.
However, Matthew Salmon soon realized a secondary calling in life for a skill in business relationship management. Matthew Salmon is an annually-awarded and highly decorated customer- focused and process obsessed business professional. With a comprehensive background in business development, lending and leadership. Formally certified in advanced credit curriculums with proven and accredited success in retention and growth for C&I relationships over the past 13+ years for two of the nations largest financial institutions.
With a passion for music and his highly achieved success in a thriving professional career of business development Matthew Salmon realized his true calling lies in music education and administration. His desire to nurture and inspire the next generation of musicians led him to transition into the birth of Meta Guitar Conservatory, LLC.
